Soft Unleavened Bread

3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups goat's milk
4 eggs
2 tablespoons butter

Mix flour and salt together. Mix eggs ad butter together. Add dry to wet then add milk. 

Beat dough at high speed for 2-3 minutes with electric mixer. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes. *The bigger the pan, the thinner the bread so keep an eye on it*.
When done baking, remove from oven and slice into sandwich slices. Can be sued immediately or stored in refrigerator for up to a week. 


Crescent Rolls

1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 cube butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
4-5 cups flour

Add yeast, warm water, 1 tsp sugar, let proof. 
Heat milk, butter, sugar, salt enough to melt the butter. 
Beat eggs, add to milk mixture, then add to yeast. Add flour to form a soft dough. Cover and let rise (3-4 hours). 
Knead, roll in circle. Cut in triangles, roll and form into crescents. Place on cookie sheet and cover with a towel to rise 2-4 hours. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Brush with butter when done. 

Hamburger Buns

1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 1/3 cup milk, heated
1 1/2 tsp sugar
4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, room temp slightly beaten
4 tbsp butter 

Mix yeast, milk and 1 1/2 tsp sugar, let sit 10 minutes until foaming. 
To yeast mixutre, add flour, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, egg. Mix until dough starts to form. 
Add butter to dough, knead about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. 
Place in buttered bowl, cover, set in warm place until double. Shape dough in cylinder. Cut sections (cut them smaller than you think you need to). Smooth into balls. Place on baking sheet, cover, let rise 1 1/2 hours. Remove tray. Preheat oven 400, bake 16-18 minutes.
