Cinnamon Sugar Candied Nuts (found at Damn Delicious)

Yield: 3 cups
1 large egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups raw almonds
1 cup raw pecans

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a small bowl whisk together egg white and 1 TBSP water until frothy, about 2 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon, set aside. In a large bowl combine almonds, pecans and egg white mixture until well combned. Stir in brown sugar miture until evenly coated.
Spread almond mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way through. Let cool before serving.

Popcorn Chicken (my version, you can see the original at Food 4 Tots)

Liquid Marinade
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon black pepper
pinch sugar

3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
3 cups corn flakes
2 cups flour
2 eggs

4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon parmesan
1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 395
Trim fat from chicken. Cut into one inch (or smaller) cubes. Mix liquid marinade for chicken, drop cut chicken in marinade, stir to coat. Cover and put in fridge for at least an hour.
Crush corn flakes to crumbs. Add garlic powder, parmesan and paprika, mix well.
You need three bowls, one for flour, one for eggs, one for cornflake mixture.
Dip chicken in flour, eggs, then corn flake mixture.
Grease baking trays with coconut oil, arrange chicken.
Bake 15 minutes, turning halfway.
