Baked Buffalo Chicken Taquitos (from Taste and Tell Blog
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/8 cup tapatio or sriracha sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded chicken
16-20 corn tortillas
Himalayan pink salt
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl,combine the cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Mix wel. Stir in the cheddar cheese and chicken; mix well. Place 1-2 tablespoons down the center of each tortilllas and roll up. If using corn, warm up so they are pliable and stick together with toothpicks so they don't come apart. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
